Returns Policy for Peppard.uk 

As a valued Peppard's customer, please note that the following Returns Policy does not apply if you hold a Peppard.uk Business (Trade) account. 

Faulty Goods & Incorrect Orders. 

If you've received an order from Peppard.uk that is either faulty or not as described, please: 

  • Contact our Sales team on 0118 9722028 to discuss the issue and arrange a refund or replacement item.
  • Alternatively, you can email us at sales@peppard.uk to address the issue.

Please ensure to have your account number and order number(s) at hand when contacting us regarding the return of any item(s). Every order placed with Peppard carries an order number, which can be found on your receipt and invoice. 

Goods returned for other reasons (other than being faulty or incorrectly supplied by us) 

As a valued Peppard's customer, please note that the following Returns Policy applies to all customers of Peppard.uk. 

  • In the first instance, please contact our Sales team on the above number or email address.
  • If You return the goods for any other reason and provided they are returned to us in an undamaged condition, we will examine the goods returned and notify you of any right to refund within a reasonable period of time.
  • We will process any refund due within 14 days of receiving the returned goods from you. We will refund the price of the goods paid by you (but not the delivery charges for sending the goods to you or the costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us), usually within 30 days of receipt of the undamaged goods.

If you wish us to collect the goods we will make a charge of £40.00 plus VAT (£48.00). All returned goods will incur a 20% handling charge if their value exceeds £50.00 plus VAT (£60.00). 

Certain stocked goods 

We are unable to accept returns of the following: 

  • Bags of containing powdered cement or plaster products. These will be notified to you at the point of order.

Special Goods 

Special Goods (non-stocked, bespoke or custom orders which have been cut, shaped, manufacturer or mixed according to your specifications) are not eligible for returns. You will be notified of this at the point of order.
