Where do deliver to? 

We deliver to the follow post codes: 

  • RG1, RG2, RG4, RG5, RG6, RG7, RG8, RG9, RG10, RG12, RG18, RG19, RG27, RG30, RG31, RG40, RG41, RG42, RG45, SL4, SL5, SL6, SL7, SL8, GU47, HP10, HP11, HP12, HP14, OX10, OX11, OX14, OX39, OX49

Does charge for delivers? 

  • If your order reaches the following value, delivery is free. If you order value is below our minimum order values, we will charge a delivery charge of £15.00 plus VAT (£18.00).

When can I expect my delivery to arrive? 

  • We aim to delivery in a 2 day lead time. Sometimes we can delivery earlier but cannot guarantee it. If you are looking for an earlier delivery date, please drop us an email at and we will see what we can do.
  • Due to the complex nature of bulk deliveries, we are unable to offer a specific delivery slot on the day of your delivery. Our vehicles carry many large and varied products, and each vehicle will probably be delivering to multiple sites on each run. This makes accurate delivery timing very difficult at best.

What happens if I am not in? 

  • Do not worry. This is quite normal for us. Just talk to our sales team about where you would like your delivery placed if your are not home, and we will drop your order off as requested.
  • If we can’t for some reason, we will contact you and rearrange for as soon as possible.
  • We will not leave goods blocking driveways, on pavements or blocking access roads.

Can I track my delivery? 

  • We do not offer an online tracking service yet.

Where will you unload my order when on site? 

  • We normally deliver to kerbside. If our drivers deem it safe to do so, they may leave the public highway.
  • Please note, we will not drive off the public highway on to unmade up ground, grassed areas, paving slabs, domestic block paving or asphalt driveways.
  • Our drivers have the final say in whether they can make a delivery as safety of your property, our driver and vehicle are paramount.
  • Our drivers will try everything possible to get your goods to where you want them.

When will you deliver? 

  • We deliver from 0700 to 1700 Monday to Friday. We do not deliver Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Do you offer a click and collect service? 

  • Currently no. However, if it is in stock on our website, it will be in stock at our branch. You are more than welcome to come and collect during opening hours.
