Peppard Building Supplies is excited to support our local Shedquarters initiative, also known as Mensheds which opened its doors in November 2024. This wonderful project is all about connection, conversation, and creation. It encourages people to come together to make, repair, and repurpose items while supporting local community projects. Most importantly, it aims to improve wellbeing and reduce feelings of loneliness and social isolation. 

• Born from an idea in the summer of 2019 by a local resident Sheila Maughan, Shedquarters found its home in 2021 at the overflow car park of Peppard War Memorial Hall, Peppard Common
• Overcoming various Covid-related delays, two ex-building site cabins have now been placed on-site
• These cabins—affectionately named the ‘Clean Cabin’ and the ‘Dirty Cabin’—are set to become vibrant hubs for our community
• The ‘Dirty Cabin’ will be equipped with wood and metalworking tools like lathes and saws for those who love hands-on projects
• The ‘Clean Cabin’ will provide a welcoming space for socialising over a cup of tea and a biscuit —a perfect setting for conversations that matter
